If you would like to automatically send confirmation emails to customers directly after they book a ride, you can do this from Settings --> Notifications --> Send a confirmation to customer when ride is created. You can choose to send them this via email or via mobile. You can also choose to customize a message on the bottom of all confirmation emails by adding a message to the 'Email Footer Message' which can be found directly below the confirmation email option.
