How to refund a charge:
You can only refund rides that have been paid/marked as completed.
To initiate a refund you'll have to follow these steps:
- Click on "Billing" in the left-hand navigation bar, Then go into the "Settled" submenu.
- Select the ride you'd like to refund and bring up the ride details by clicking on it.
- Once on the ride details you'll be presented with the ride summary and the quote
- Click on the "Refund" button
- It'll ask you for an amount, enter the amount you'd like to refund
- If you would like to refund the reservation and have the amount due $0.00, please have the 'Apply as a credit' box checked. Click 'confirm payment'.
- If you would like to refund the reservation to the original card, and then recharge another card, uncheck the 'Apply as a credit' box.
- Press the "Refund" button again
Note: Card processing fees are refunded in proportion to the refund amount.
