This is the maximum number of active rides that a single customer can have at a given time.

For example, if you set this value to "2", a customer cannot request more than 2 rides at a given time. This is especially important for companies that do predominantly prescheduled rides far in advance.

You can use this setting if you have a company policy that prevents customers from scheduling too many rides at once. You can set this value to 0 to allow customers to have an unlimited number of active rides. Note: an active ride means a ride that is unscheduled, scheduled, or in progress.

Important Note: This feature will be no longer be available on Feb 14, 2017. At that time, customers will always be able to book multiple rides.
