How to refund a charge:

You can only refund rides that have been paid/marked as completed.

To initiate a refund you'll have to follow these steps:

  1. Click on "Billing" in the left-hand navigation bar, Then go into the "Settled" submenu.
  2. Select the ride you'd like to refund and bring up the ride details by clicking on it.
  3. Once on the ride details you'll be presented with the ride summary and the quote
  4. Click on the blue "Refund" button
  5. It'll ask you for an amount, enter the amount you'd like to refund
  6. press the blue "Refund" button again

Note: Card processing fees are refunded in proportion to the refund amount.
