How to update, cancel, or edit your subscription/account information for your EverTransit Account.

If you go to the top right corner of your dispatching portal, you will see your name with a dropdown arrow.

If you select your name, you will be able to see some additional options, including a subscription section. For anything subscription related, please select the Subscription hotlink.

NOTE: This will only be available for the account holder of the account.

On this page, you will be able to do the following:

  • Update or Cancel your subscription

  • Add a new payment method

  • Edit Billing Information

  • View Previous Invoices
