In order to activate this option, please go to "Settings" > "Billing Settings", and there you'll see the title "Block pre-paid cards" and a check the box to the left. If you would like to block this form of payment, select the opt-in box. If blocked, prepaid cards will show an error to both Drivers and Dispatchers: "Prepaid cards are not a valid form of payment."
