The pickup date is the date and time that the client (or dispatcher) requested to be picked up. So in these cases that pickup date and Created date are the same, your client may have picked up your app and booked a ride for that moment. This is an important distinction from the ride Start Date, which is the time the driver actually clicked 'Mark to Start Ride' on the driver app.
