Re-assignment interval
โ€‹
The reassignment interval is the amount of time a driver has to accept or reject a pending ride. If your driver does not respond to the assignment before this time frame, the ride will automatically be reassigned to the next driver.

Please note: this requires auto dispatching to be enabled.

Example:

A newly scheduled ride will be automatically assigned to the nearest available driver. If the reassignment interval is set to 30 seconds, the ride will be reassigned to the second nearest available driver if the first driver does not respond within 30 seconds. Then, the second driver will have 30 seconds to respond before it is reassigned to a third driver.
