Service levels will require a destination from customers before scheduling rides by default. You can change this setting in the "Pricing" section by unchecking the "Destination required" field. When configuring your service level, you should uncheck this box if customers can schedule rides from the web form or the apps without entering in a destination.
It is important to note that dispatchers can override this setting. They are able to create rides with or without destinations regardless of the service type. This setting only applies to customers scheduling rides.
Examples:
If you have a taxi service that does not require destinations, you should uncheck this box, and the customer can schedule a ride with just a few taps of a button.
If you have a chauffeured service that requires planning of the destination, you should check this box and the customer will need to indicate their drop-off location before scheduling their ride.
