If you require your drivers to collect an accurate number of passengers in the car, you can adjust this setting in your Service Level ride requirements.

If enabled, when drivers begin a trip, a prompt will ask them to enter the number of passengers in the car. The drivers can alter the number of passengers at a later point in the trip.
