Delayed dispatching start interval

This determines how early the auto-assignment process starts prior to the ride's pickup time. This determines how far in advance that auto-assignment process should begin.

A ride will not have a pending driver until this time. Please note: this requires auto dispatching to be enabled.

Example:

A new ride is scheduled for 4:00PM. If the auto-assignment start interval is set to 30 minutes, the ride will be assigned to the nearest available driver at 3:30PM. This means that there will be no assigned driver until 3:30PM.
