If you're experiencing issues with the mobile applications, You should try these steps.

​Troubleshooting:

  • Close out the application entirely by ending the task on your phone and reopen it.

  • Make sure the app is up to date with the releases on the app store.

  • Restart the phone.

  • Uninstall and reinstall the application.

If the problems persist even after following these steps, proceed to contact us through our support channels with this information:

Required phone information:

  • Phone model/brand.

  • a screenshot of the phone's "About phone" information. (You can find this in your phone's settings)

  • Application build version (You can find this in the application's settings

  • A screenshot of the error you're encountering

Providing us with this information will help us track down and and pinpoint the issue you're experiencing which will aid us greatly in producing a fix for it.
