When a customer forgets their password, they will be sent a code to reset their password.
To reset your password follow these steps:
- While in the login screen, click "Forgot password"
- Enter your email address and submit. You will be brought to a new screen on the app.
- Check your email for a code. Copy & paste this code into the first text box in the app. Important: this code is not your new password, it is a code used to set a new password.
- Enter your new password into the next 2 text fields.
- Click "Save", and you will be brought back to the login screen.
- Enter your new password to log in.
