EverTransit provides phone integration that allows you to book a new ride in seconds. Depending on your phone provider, you are able to pop up the new booking screen with customer data pre-populated based on caller ID.

To use the phone integration feature, you must already have an integration into your desktop computer.

In your integration settings, set an incoming call to point to the following URL:

https://dispatch.dashride.com/#/new_booking?phone=%P

(where XXXXXXXXXX is the customer's phone number without any dashes or spaces)

If your phone integration also supports caller ID for names, you can use the following format:

https://dispatch.dashride.com/#/new_booking?phone=XXXXXXXXXX&first_name=John&last_name=Smith

In the example above, you will replace "John" with the first name field and "Smith" with the last name field.

If a customer exists with that phone number, their details (name, email, ride history) will automatically be populated.

Please note that a valid dispatcher must be logged into the desktop using the integration to ensure authentication.

As long as your VoIP provider has the ability to launch a browser with pre-specific URL when a new call comes in, it will work great with out New Booking Page, and with the link that we have provided above.

 1) Download the RingCentral desktop app

2) Open Up Settings, and remain on General Settings

3) In the open text field type in: https://dispatch.dashride.com/#/new_booking?phone=%P

4) Save

**Please note: Please make sure that Chrome is your default browser.

Now, when a call comes it, it will pop up the EverTransit 'New Booking' screen, with the number pre-populated.
