Why isn't the Account option showing up when I book a ride?

To have Accounts automatically appear when booking a ride, first please make sure that the passenger that you are booking the ride for is added as a member for this account. If the passenger is not on the member list for this Account, you can still find the account, by searching for it in the 'Service Levels' search bar.

*Remember, you must set up service levels for each account that you have in order for these options to appear in Dispatch!

Additionally, once a passengers email is added to the 'members' list, then the account's service levels will automatically be presented to them on your passenger app when they log in using that email.
