If you have an existing list of customers that you'd like to enter into your EverTransit account, we support instantly uploading your customers in a CSV document. The file should include the following columns:
firstName (required)
lastName (required)
phone (required)
phoneExt
email
Creating App Accounts
It is important to note that users uploaded to the system will still need to "Sign Up" when using the mobile app or website integration. This allows them to set an email and password combination to their account for future logins.
