In the dispatching center there is a tab called 'Zones'. Using this map you can draw out the full zone that your company services. Once this coverage zone is drawn, and saved, you can then go into the tab called 'Pricing'. In pricing, when you create a service level, you will see that you can pick a 'Coverage Zone'. Open this drop down menu and choose the zone that had previously drawn up. Do this for each service level, and remember to save each time.

Once you have done this, if someone opens up your app outside of that pre-specified coverage zone, then it will indicate to that user that you do not service their area yet.
