Pass along these steps to your dispatcher:

1) Visit the dispatching center password reset form.

2) Enter your email address and submit.

3) Check your email for a link.

4) Click the link, and you will be prompted to enter your new password.

5) Save your new password, and visit the dispatching center login screen to login with your new password.
