While using your website's ride scheduling form, customers can reset their password by following these steps:

1) In the upper right hand corner, click "Login" > "Forgot Password"

2) Enter your email address and submit.

3) Check your email for a link.

4) Click the link, and you will be prompted to enter your new password.

5) Save your new password, and go back to the web form to login with this password.
